If you register as an institutional member or family member and run under a membership number, only a maximum of 3 people may register at the reduced rate. If three members are already registered, you will receive a notification when you register.

There is no waiting list and no succession procedure.
Nevertheless, we would like to show you the following options:

  • Hybrid participation is possible from 27 May.
  • If places unexpectedly become available after the deadline for free cancellations, these will initially be allocated to people who are already registered with a hybrid ticket.
  • In the event of a cancellation, participation can be transferred to another person – in this case, please inform us of the change in good time.

Thank you for your understanding!

When you register, you are making a paid booking. For cancellations made until October 24, 2025 the registration fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 25 euros. All further information on cancellation can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

If you need to cancel after this deadline, you can transfer the ticket to someone else free of charge. Please send us an email to uk-kongress@eventlab.org with the person’s details.

After registering, you can log in again with your access data and change the programme items. If you cannot find your access data, please write to us.

You will receive your registration confirmation by e-mail. Please enter your e-mail address carefully. Please also check your SPAM folder.

Shortly before the congress you will receive a QR code for self-check-in on site.
Participants who take part online will receive an e-mail with the access data for the livestream.

Payment & discounts

You have the option of paying by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

You have the option of purchasing the congress ticket at a reduced price. You can see the ticket prices below under Registration -> ‘Prices’.

For assisted speakers, there are limited possibilities for financial support for travel and hotel costs and, if necessary, for their assistance.

Please send your request to Mr Martin Baunach (vereinskoordination@gesellschaft-uk.org.)

The office has reserved all available barrier-free hotel rooms. Please send your enquiries immediately to Mrs Claudia Reif (c.reif@gesellschaft-uk.org).

The hybrid ticket offers access to the content and presentations in 3 lecture rooms – but from the comfort of your own home or office. In order to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, regardless of the participation format, the organisational and technical effort involved in implementing the hybrid event is correspondingly high. The price of the hybrid ticket is therefore the same as the on-site ticket.

Accessibility & well-being

The Congress Hall at Leipzig Zoo is largely barrier-free and all lecture rooms are accessible. All halls are at ground level and there are no thresholds.
The entrance has a ramp.

There is a care room on site with an electrically operated couch and equipment. The room is located to the right of the registration desk.

The Lessing Hall on the 2nd floor serves as a so-called ‘quiet room’ – a place of peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. Visitors are welcome to take a break here, relax and recharge their batteries. The room is deliberately darkened and designed with calming lighting to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The equipment includes comfortable yoga mats, soft cushions and a quiet environment.

The catering is completely allergen-free (gluten, lactose, etc.) and is exclusively vegan and vegetarian. If you have any other dietary requirements, please contact us by email.

Hybrid & online offers

Each person receives personalised access. There is only ever one login, but this can be used on all different devices.

You can see the Hybrid Rooms in green in the programme. The ‘Weißer Saal’ will be broadcast live. The rooms ‘Telemann Saal’ and ‘Mahler Saal’ will be recorded and made available in a media library afterwards.

The media library will be available until March 2026.

Information on the program

The fully booked lectures are marked with a symbol in the program.

If you only want to visit the exhibition, you can book an ‘exhibitor ticket’ for €45.00. You can use the exhibition for the whole day, including catering.
To register, please send us an e-mail with your contact details to uk-kongress@eventlab.org.

All hybrid rooms are offered in both German and English:
The lectures at ‘Telemann Hall’ room are in English.
The rooms ‘Weißer Saal’ and ‘Mahler Saal’ are translated with subtitles in English.

The special presentation area at the Congress offers a unique platform for creatively designed contributions that are carefully selected by the scientific team. The focus is on formats such as readings, music performances and other interactive elements that offer visitors an active and inspiring experience. The spatial concept is deliberately designed to be open and inviting in order to encourage interaction between participants and facilitate dynamic dialogue. Despite this openness, great importance is attached to creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere in which creative ideas can unfold in a focussed environment.
